From January 1, 2022, the Government of Tajikistan introduces a unilateral visa-free regime for citizens of 52 countries of the world to enter the republic.
The period of stay of such persons on the territory of Tajikistan by a government decree is set at 30 days.
Currently, Tajikistan has a bilateral visa-free regime (or with a visa on arrival) from 58 countries of the world.
According to the Resolution of the Government of Tajikistan dated March 28, 2024, No. 190 "On Amendments and Additions to the Resolution of the Government dated October 26, 2021", 25 new countries were included in the list of countries whose citizens may enter Tajikistan under the unilateral visa-free regime for up to 30 days:

In addition, in accordance with a new government decision, a list of 16 foreign countries was approved, whose citizens over 55 years of age can now
take advantage of a unilateral visa-free regime for entry into Tajikistan.
This regime allows them to stay in and leave the country without a visa for up to 14 days.
